FAQ

Common questions

How much can I borrow? +

Between R500 and R3,000, repayable in full one month after payout. The exact amount you qualify for depends on our affordability assessment.

How fast will I get my money? +

Once your application and documents are verified and you've signed your credit agreement, payout is same-day in most cases, subject to your bank's processing times.

Why do you need my bank statements? +

The NCA requires every registered credit provider to run a proper affordability assessment before granting credit. Bank statements and proof of income let us confirm you can comfortably afford the repayments — this protects you from over-indebtedness.

Is Credify registered with the NCR? +

Yes. Credify Cash Loans is registered with the National Credit Regulator under registration number NCRCP23490. You can verify this directly with the NCR at 0860 627 627 or www.ncr.org.za.

What if I can't repay on time? +

Contact us immediately — before your due date, if possible. We'd rather work out a plan with you than let it escalate. If you're struggling more broadly with debt, NCR-registered debt counsellors can help; call the NCR on 0860 627 627.
